This project was carried out on a phased works under architect control (JSA James Smith Associates);

The first phase was the removal of existing kitchen and combining the dining and snug area to form one room, not only did this require the whole area to be supported as the new structural steel work was installed we also had to remove the existing floor, this all had to be coordinated with the kitchen company (PODESTA) and sliding door manufacturer (ID System)

Phase 2

the demolition of existing garage area; form new double garage area with games room above, adapt existing bed and ensuite to allow for access, form new en suite, utility and hall, remove hall wall to form open area, remove division wall between lounge and dining room, relocate internal soil stack to external location, see testimonial from Mr & Mrs Bright.
