FAQs

What technical sketches or plan are needed for my job to start ?

The scope of your project determines requirements. Normally if it’s just your kitchen or restroom requiring a reworking, a draughtsman’s sketch is sufficient. But for complex projects where certain particulars are needed, in-depth and precise details are a requirement.

Large structural projects will always call for well detailed drawing with precise specifications. This will make sure our dealings are according to the law. We prefer a complete comprehension of your project so we can present realistic costs.

It’s our pleasure to refer particular engineers and architects who collaborate the best with us.

What authorizations do I need to commence?

Please contact the local authority building control department. As well, the conservation representative is in a position to advise you. But first understand that some projects are categorized permitted development, for some planning office must authorize while for others for example buildings, it may be necessary to apply for listing.

We advise you to contract a good team of professionals ranging from engineers, craftsmen, architects as well as surveyors to work on your project. We’ll be pleased to do this for you.

Must I supply the projects with their requirements?

Not necessarily. You could opt to supply or the renovators supply. The first option is better as you’re likely to spend less because you’ll be dealing directly with supplier. Clients we have worked with before prefer supplying us with fittings. Make sure the measurements are right, though!
